Do you ever want to tell someone how you really feel but are too afraid to talk?
Have you ever felt angry, sad or betrayed & the thoughts keep running over & over in your head?
Maybe you have a loved one who has left this world & you have so much more you want to say…
Are you afraid that no one will hear when you speak?
If you answered yes to even one of these questions there is a way you can safely release your words, your thoughts & your feelings, a way that empowers you to move forward with clarity & freedom. It’s a simple yet powerful process of letting go following these 4 steps.
- Bring to mind your feelings & who or what they’re connected to.
- Begin to write as if you’re writing the person involved a letter (make sure you keep it about how YOU feel) be careful not to blame, for example don’t write “you did this or that” “you made me feel this or that.” Instead write, “I felt this way when…” continue to write, try not to think too much, just allow your thoughts & feelings to flow down your arm onto the paper. Continue to write until you have no more words… you’ll know when. Then stop… walk away… leave it for a day or so.
- Read & edit your words if needed. Then stop… walk away… leave it for a day or so.
- Read your words as if you’re reading to the person you’ve written to, read with sincerity, clarity & love. Then tear your words, place into a fire proof bowl & light… step back & watch as you release & let go with love.
Take care beautiful souls
